Phea brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare information technology, specializing in program and project management, training, and system implementation and modernization across the public and private sectors, supporting federal, state, and local agencies. She holds a graduate degree in Management Information Systems and an undergraduate degree in Social Work, where she leveraged her background in child welfare and behavioral health.
