Junior Transportation Engineer
Katie has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. During her time at Virginia Tech, she was a teaching assistant for a number of courses including Introduction to Civil Engineering, Introduction to Transportation Engineering, Transportation Safety, and Geometric Highway Design. She has assisted on a number of traffic engineering and speed management projects for State and Federal clients, and has experience performing safety analysis, crash analysis, traffic studies, and curve delineation analysis. Her computer software experience includes: MicroStation, Synchro, ArcGIS, VISSIM, AutoCAD, AutoTurn, and Microsoft Office.
