
Carrie Redden

With over 20 years of experience, Carrie Redden’s background in public health and city planning, coupled with her previous work with State and local health and transportation departments, national associations, non-profit organizations, and hospital systems gives her a strong understanding of how to leverage partnerships and intentionally seek meaningful stakeholder engagement to plan and implement best practices at the local, state, and national level. She has worked to support community and individual behavior change through understanding and addressing the individual, interpersonal, infrastructure, societal, and practical factors that influence decision-making at the individual, community and policy level. Ms. Redden has a strong history of successfully engaging diverse stakeholders through focus groups, stakeholder interviews, and community meetings to better understand perspectives, attitudes and priorities. She has provided leadership in guiding, facilitating, and implementing a variety of community health assessments required qualitative and quantitative data analysis, including key stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and data indicator analyses. Trained in Design Thinking facilitation techniques, she is a seasoned facilitator of purpose-driven meetings designed to maximize participant engagement.
