
Ally Barlow, Ph.D.
Research Scientist
Allyson earned her PhD in civil engineering from Oregon State University. There she conducted education research on cognitive engagement and taught multiple engineering courses. She has experience planning research studies, designing survey instruments, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and reporting findings in peer-reviewed publications. She aims to fuse her technical background as a civil engineer with her human-centered research approach when conducting transportation studies and preparing technical reports.
