Logan Palmer

Graphic Design and Marketing

Logan Palmer holds a bachelor’s degree in both Graphic Design and Psychology from Dominican University of California, and a UX/UI Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension. He specializes in digital and print graphic design, with additional experience in branding, photography, website edits, drone videography, and package design. Logan is advanced in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Figma. Additionally, Logan holds a part 107 license enabling him to film commercial work with drones. His project work at toXcel includes contributing to a large-scale state transportation project by redesigning and updating technical graphics for compliance with state-specific regulations. He also supports the Engineering and Behavioral Science teams by designing digital and print marketing materials that ensure information is both accessible and visually engaging. For fun Logan enjoys working out, surfing, and all things outdoors.

Mexican Food.
