Transportation Engineer

Paige has about 3 years of full time experience in traffic engineering and roadway design and joined us at ToXcel in February of 2024. Paige is based in Philadelphia with the majority of her experience stemming from PennDOT and City of Philadelphia projects. Paige also has experience with VDOT, Maryland SHA, WSDOT, TDOT, and SCDOT. Paige has a wide range of capabilities in OpenRoads Designer with 3D modeling, traffic analysis in Synchro and VISSIM, safety analysis with the HCM and IHSDM software, alternative design, signal design, signing and pavement marking plans, and MPT. At ToXcel, Paige is primarily focused on transportation safety projects, MUTCD compliance, safety studies, and more!
