The CDR\u00a0rule requires all companies to report data electronically through EPA\u2019s\u00a0Central Data\u00a0Exchange\u00a0(CDX) system. The most recent reporting year was in 2024 \u2013 this reporting period\u00a0covered chemicals manufactured or imported between 2020 and 2023. The next reporting\u00a0year will be 2028.\u200b<\/p>\n toXcel\u00a0<\/i>can assist companies to review possible exemptions their business may qualify for\u00a0(including low volume and polymer exemptions) and determine reporting requirements.\u00a0Under the rule, manufacturers and importers are required to report to EPA exposure-related\u00a0information, including information on the types, quantities, and uses of chemical\u00a0substances produced domestically and imported into the United States.\u00a0toXcel\u00a0assists in\u00a0preparing this information in the required CDX form and aiding companies in the submission\u00a0process.\u200b<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=”California Safer Consumer Products (CSCP) Regulations ” _builder_version=”4.5.3″ _module_preset=”default”]<\/p>\n The California Safer Consumer Products Regulations, promulgated under AB-1879 and SB-509, require the development of green chemistry alternatives for chemicals present in consumer products that are sold in California. This law was implemented on October 1, 2013.
