Holly is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Her professional background is in land development, and she has experience working in several facets of the industry including entitlements, conceptual site planning, stormwater management, utility design, and construction support services. Holly is also an Assistant Professor of Practice at Virginia Tech, teaching courses in civil engineering and real estate development.<\/p>\n
