Stephen received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech with his graduate degree concentrating on transportation systems. He has 5 years of experience in data science, traffic engineering, and the tolling industry covering a range of activities that include advanced analytics, machine learning, dynamic pricing, strategic pricing, transportation economics, driver behavior, forecasting, and human factors. His experience focuses on data analysis as it relates to tolling specifically and transportation generally. Stephen has experience using data from ITS and cellular to analyze traffic trends and driver behavior. Stephen has experience in python, Tableau, Power BI, and Azure.<\/p>\n
