Julie is a transportation engineer, strategist, policy analyst, and technical writer. She has more than 15 years of experience leading national innovation programs, including federal research and development (R&D) as well as state and local technology adoption and management. Julie is known for building and implementing results-driven roadmaps, tailored to advance strategic priorities with a human-centric focus. A natural and effective leader with strong analytical abilities, Julie is fueled by her passion for transportation safety and innovation. She builds strong teams that deliver shared and lasting value, applying her interpersonal and communication skills to foster strategic growth and continuous performance improvement. In her personal time, she works as the Chair of a local government commission, a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care, and in various community organizing initiatives.
