Joy Davis is a certified project manager with 17 years of experience. Ms. Davis leads research across transportation modes and fields, with a frequent focus on safety and policy. Formally a professional communicator, she works to gain insight into complex problems to produce guidebooks, toolkits, and other user-friendly resources that can be sustainably implemented by public agencies. A trained facilitator, Ms. Davis has guided discussions with stakeholders ranging from community members to federal staff to establish more informed policies and transportation decisions.
