Olwyn began her career in a technical role with a UK contract research laboratory Foetal Pathology group before becoming a Study Director in Reproduction Toxicology, where she was active in the European Teratology Society. She has a solid understanding and practical experience with toxicological studies, including planning, protocol generation, data evaluation and report writing. In 2001, she moved into the clinical field, planning and reporting a variety of cosmetic consumer studies whilst also being responsible for the operation of the formulation department.
