Director of Traffic Engineering

Erin is a Professional Engineer with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.  She has experience as a consultant in traffic and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) engineering and has served as an on-site consultant for state agencies. She has worked on various projects dealing with traffic control design in the areas of signing, pavement markings, signals, lighting, ITS and maintenance of traffic. Her ITS experience includes, but is not limited to, the design and specifications of DMS, CCTV cameras, traffic detectors, lane use signals, and weather sensors.  She also has experience with traffic simulations, analysis and safety studies.  Her software experience includes MicroStation, AutoTurn, GuideSIGN, SignCAD, Synchro, and Microsoft Project.
